Nicole McKay brings more than two decades of leadership in retirement and non-qualified benefit strategies to her role as Director of Business Development at Institutional Architects. From Minneapolis, she partners with financial institutions and corporations to deliver sophisticated, customized compensation and investment solutions that align executive rewards with long-term organizational performance.

Nicole’s expertise includes BOLI and COLI program design, executive benefit strategy, and national account leadership. Prior to joining Institutional Architects, she held senior leadership roles at Newcleus and Newport Group, where she guided complex non-qualified benefit programs for clients nationwide.

A CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, Nicole combines technical expertise with strategic insight to help organizations navigate today’s evolving financial landscape.
