Courtney Larsen is the Director of Operations at Institutional Architects, where she is responsible for building the company’s operational infrastructure and managing its day-to-day functions. She specializes in the audit, design, and implementation of NQDC plans, ensuring efficient administration and regulatory compliance for corporate clients.

Courtney previously spent her career at a leading executive benefits consulting firm, where she played a pivotal role in designing 409A plans and COLI strategies. Her work included consulting with corporate clients on executive benefit programs and financial modeling to optimize plan performance.

  In addition to her expertise in executive benefits, Courtney studied business administration at Fresno State. She brings extensive experience in corporate-level consulting, team leadership, and client relationship management—skills that enable her to deliver exceptional results and foster strong client partnerships.
