Brooke Benoit serves as Director of Executive Benefits, where she oversees the operations function for the executive benefits and deferred compensation practice. In this role, she is responsible for building and optimizing operational infrastructure, managing key external relationships, and ensuring seamless execution across client engagements.



Before joining Institutional Architects, Brooke spent 17 years specializing in nonqualified benefits, split dollar arrangements, and employer owned insurance recordkeeping. She acted as a primary client contact, supported the design and implementation of executive benefit programs, and provided guidance on complex IRC Section 409A compliance issues.

Brooke previously earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University and holds the Nonqualified Plan Consultant (NQPC) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors.
